These Terms of Service apply to your use of this website and any residential electrical services provided by Jetset Electrical Pty Ltd (Lic No. 90321) (“we”, “us”, “our”). 2. Quotes & Pricing

  • Quotes are based on the information available at the time.

  • Prices may change if:

    • Additional faults are discovered

    • Access is restricted or unsafe

    • The scope of work changes at the customer’s request

  • Emergency or after-hours services may incur higher rates.

  • All prices are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise.


3. Bookings & Cancellations

  • Appointment times are estimates and may change due to emergencies or delays.

  • We request reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Failure to provide notice may result in a call-out or cancellation fee.


4. Warranties & Guarantees

  • Workmanship is covered by applicable statutory warranties under Australian Consumer Law.

  • Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied materials and equipment.

  • Warranties do not cover:

    • Pre-existing faults

    • Misuse or unauthorised modifications

    • Damage caused by third parties or environmental conditions


5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide safe and clear access to the work area

  • Disclose known electrical faults or hazards

  • Ensure power, pets, and site conditions are suitable for work

  • Obtain landlord or strata approval where required

We may refuse or cease work if conditions are unsafe.

Jetset Electrical collects, holds, and uses personal information as required to carry out our functions or activities under:
