3. Bookings & Cancellations
Appointment times are estimates and may change due to emergencies or delays.
We request reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Failure to provide notice may result in a call-out or cancellation fee.
4. Warranties & Guarantees
Workmanship is covered by applicable statutory warranties under Australian Consumer Law.
Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied materials and equipment.
Warranties do not cover:
Pre-existing faults
Misuse or unauthorised modifications
Damage caused by third parties or environmental conditions
5. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure power, pets, and site conditions are suitable for work
Obtain landlord or strata approval where required
